先随便瞎说下，不懂法律，也没看过这本书或有意识的去了解过日本文化，所以无法给出比较专业透彻的理解，但觉得这应该是人类学家去研究的问题，书的作者作为一个法学院的教授，起了一个这么大的人生课题，而内容根据评论文章的作者所说，仅是凭借个别极端案例或者陈年旧案给出结论，结论是如何得出的？就像知音文一样哗众取宠，博人眼球罢了。。。

俺提供点思路，我的英语、中文水平都一般般，供别人受点启发吧

Waltzing into 觉得有点轻松，不在乎的感觉，无所谓和情妇或是妓女发生关系，但是具体用个什么词暂时想不到，要么“大摇大摆迈进卧房和妓院”？昂首阔步是不是太正面了啊，日本是纵容，但至少不是鼓励这种行为吧？

尤其是最后一句话的理解，我是这样想的，前面提到了“几次的婚外情并不该成为撼动婚姻关系的理由，日本的法庭在决定手上的案子时，是否曾大摇大摆地迈进情妇的卧室或是妓院并不是一个必不可少的先决条件”，所以这个not please them，我理解为对案子帮助不大，无助于判决，不管你有没有和别人苟且过，但是这似乎又和后面一个案例矛盾“In that particular case the judge rejected a wife’s request for divorce after years of physical abuse, living separately and even a suicide attempt because her husband did not cheat or gamble, and looked so forlorn in court. ” 中的cheat，所以不知道是不是这个也是变来变去的，总之觉得这本书应该不是一本真正具有参考价值的论著，just for fun, nor is it such fun. 或者是我的理解不对，可能没看过原书，比较个人、片面。
