根据整段内容，尤其是（The common perception is that the blood-letting of top coaches has become ever more frequent. But in fact Premier-League managers tend to keep their jobs for longer than their counterparts in the lower divisions. ）这两句，是否“早早暗示了新赛季英超联赛（主教练更替趋势）还将一如既往”？这个趋势也就是tend to keep their jobs for longer，甚至再具体一点到“早早暗示了曼联主教练在新赛季英超联赛还将一如既往保住帅位”？
