翻译的挺好的，只有一个地方：
Mark, committed suicide after two years of investigations into his knowledge of the fraud (which he denied) and more of Mr Picard’s lawsuits, the latest of which targeted his children.
这里说麦道夫的长子两年来一直接受诈骗案知情调查（他本人否认知情），同时更多来自于picard的诉讼，后者将他的孩子作为诉讼对象。
也就是picard诉讼针对的是麦道夫的孙子。

这句话的主语就是Mark，麦道夫的儿子。his son就是mark的孩子。你可以搜其他中文新闻，picard确实也把几岁的小孩子也放在被告席上了，因为一些财产放在了他们的名下。我想这也是让mark感受的重要压力的来源。

第一句的his是指麦道夫本人，his son，
the latest of which targeted HIS children.第一句跟这句是并列句的主干
因此此句中his跟第一个his一样，指的是麦道夫本人
第二个his（HIS knowledge of the fraud）指的是麦道夫之子马克，在定语从句中表示马克自杀的原因。
这是我个人的理解。
关于麦道夫孙子也被起诉的中文新闻我没找到，你能给我相关网址吗？

Trustee sues five Madoff grandchildren
FIVE grandchildren of Bernard Madoff, ex-directors of his London investment branch and seven global banks were sued by a trustee today.

The trustee is seeking a total of $US30 billion ($30.63bn) and more in an avalanche of lawsuits intended to recover money on behalf of the fraudster's victims.

Irving Picard, overseeing the bankruptcy of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities, faces a Saturday deadline under US federal law to file lawsuits and thereby recover money withdrawn from the multi-billion-dollar Ponzi scheme Madoff had perpetrated.

Madoff's family members, including his brother Peter and his sons Mark and Andrew, have been targeted by Mr Picard in previous lawsuits. Two of the lawsuits filed today were the first to name his grandchildren.
