呵呵，关于“l_ad”的问题，其实我是犯了大忌。本该不译。比如“say the devil, devil comes”不能译成“说曹操，曹操到”。文中翻成“领导”和“领悟”是为了方便理解文章的意思。

我觉得吧，这里的bleeding应该等同于bloody,一个语气加强词，就好像what the fuck......一样，所以可以翻译成“把你他妈的头发给剪了！”

bleeding = bloody = fucking 加强语意词。
get your haircut 军士长（负责训练）要求士兵们把头发剃光。
剃头了才能当兵， 当兵了才开始练习挺胸收腹，
但是总有部分帅哥舍不得剃头， 所以军士长发脾气了

bleeding=bloody,我觉得属于英式英语，美国英语里好像不多见。就是个强调的作用。
翻译的话：把你那该死的头发也剪了。

或者就直接说“仪表帮”“立正派”
我是想不出好词儿了。
但觉得，“军士长和父母们”虽然是The stand-up-straight brigade
但是不全面啊，还包括别人。

谢谢Bianyuan译友的指教，本人不才，中文还有待提高。关于你说的那几个词因为需要兼顾译形与译意，所以难以把握。例如，曾经有看过这样的例子：一位叫Mr angel的警官，被人朋友笑称Mr angle。译者在中文翻译处理时翻译为“天使先生”和“天屎先生”，有时形与意确实难以把握。还望赐教。
